Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa using PAXI
When will my PAXI order be shipped?
All PAXI orders are dispatched every Monday. Orders placed after Monday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 3–4 working days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds, but we do take exchanges within 7 days.
Are your items brand new?
No. We specialise in carefully selected imported pre-loved clothing from Europe, chosen for its quality and condition.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Each product includes sizing information to help you choose the right fit. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via the available checkout options on our website.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately via email at info@zamangawanescloset.co.za or call 013 012 5397., so we can assist you.

Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sat: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Do you sell men’s clothing?
Yes — we offer a curated selection of premium second-hand European outerwear for both men and women. Our men’s collection includes jackets, coats, and seasonal essentials, all carefully selected for quality, condition, and timeless style.
What are your opening hours?
We operate Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Orders can still be placed online at any time, but they will only be processed during our operating hours.
